Say no to sins  sermon on 18th January 2015 by Rev.Bernard Makau.It  talks about how sins can interfere with one from entering   God's eternal kingdom.To make it to His kingdom and inheriting eternal life as believers we should learn  to shun away from sins.

LIVE A MOUNTAIN TOP LIFE.

Isaiah 40:31 King James Version (KJV)  But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

As believers we should learn to live our live like eagles the king of birds.We should learn to soar high above our circumstances as well  as different challenges that life presents in our way.Be an eagle that can be able  soar and fly very high heights,a predator that feeds on fresh meat,the only bird that can fly towards the sun   facing it  directly a sophisticated technique that makes it invisible against its enemies pursuing it .Be an a eagle a bird  so  strong that though it weighs about 4 kg  it can be able to carry  a load of 20 kg  or even more.A bird  that  lives so long over 70 years  and to do so it has to make risky decisions to survive like isolating itself  after living first half of its life where  it has to isolate itself and climb the peak of the mountain to decide if it  wants to continue living the next phase of its life since its  beak and claws are now blunt  to hunt and its feathers are too much to make it easily navigate and skillfully fly in pursuit of their prey . 

After making a decision to continue living it has to knock the old beak and claws on the rock to give room for new one to grow.It has then to patiently wait for the wounds to heal and the new beak and claws grow which will now help it in plucking out the old feathers for a new ones to grow .

After that  it comes back energized, young and 

fresh to live the next half phase of its life.
